These terms explain the rules for using the Samukim Bass Dock website and its game. Please read them before you play.
Accepting these terms
By opening or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please leave the site. We may update the terms now and then; the date above shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept the new text.
Entertainment only, never gambling
Samukim Bass Dock is a free game made purely for fun. It does not offer, facilitate or promote gambling for real money, and nothing here involves stakes, deposits, bets or payouts.
The wheel and its perks have no value
The dock wheel grants one in-game perk per browser session. Perks only change how the game plays on your device. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed and have no monetary or real-world value.
Scores, shells and hearts
Shells, points, hearts and best scores exist only inside the game and are kept in your browser. They are not prizes, cannot be cashed out or traded, and may be lost when you clear your browser data.
Age requirement: 19+
The site is meant only for adults aged 19 or older. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are at or above the legal gambling age where you live, even though no gambling takes place here.
No prediction of real gambling results
Doing well in this game comes from in-game strategy and simulated chance. It does not show, train or predict success in any real-money game or bet.
Fair use
